      Pros

      Job life balance. Good company reputation, good compensation. Part of the largest company in the construction and building materials (LafargeHolcim)

      Cons

      Lack of career path, few resources to accomplish all corporate initiatives. Too much change in a compress time frame. Lack of support practical from support functions such as environmental and safety. These functions provide plenty of theoretical guidance but no practical support to actually implement their initiatives.

      All Plant are working based on their own potentials, management only asked profit, collection, and orders, but not supported directly, and not asked any assistance to you want, they blame the plant employees, they hide the unsafe incident and give more important for self only

      Management Contact meeting and give freedom to speak and give a chance to work independently, only control and watch the plant employees not interrupted their daily actives,
