      Pros

      Good pay with decent benefits plus a nice bonus program. Good people to work with management is pretty good.

      Cons

      Try to get the work done with half the amount of people, could cause safety issues. Constant battle between maintenance and production.

      Disorganized from Management on down . lots of empty promises. Lie after lie, worst place I have ever worked they will screw up your life.
