      Pros

      Good industry to work in. Nothing but gains for this company. Good benefits including vehicle and phone for salary employees.

      Cons

      Management is conceded and does not care for the well being of any of its employees. Limited chance for growth. No mentoring or guidance at all, employees are left to fend for themselves, then are criticized for their efforts even though responsibilities are not dictated. People are "laid off" after 4-6 when they reach top of their pay bracket.
