      Great work life balance Good if you are mobile, there are opportunities to work in other countries if you are open to move

      Management / people who work there have conservative mindsets, it is quite hard to have a "Management Change". Merger initiatives have been going on for almost a year, it is difficult to be productive as people are waiting for their "new position" or "new contract".
