Big company mentality. They think because something works in England, it will work in the US. They do not recognize that each region has special nuances and challanges.

freedom to work on new and exciting projects, lots of travel, good people. Company vehicles. Company outings are fun, different, and beneficial.

Cons

Loss of talent. High turnover. Average wages. Difficult to get a substantial raise. Large gap in how employees are treated across product lines.
