Pros
At a ground level there are a lot of decent people trying to work hard and do the best they can. The company clearly really want to succeed and make money. There is, and had been in the past, a lot of potential.
Cons
Poor management has lead to very bad communication throughout the company. There seems to be a lot of nervousness as to whether people will be upset if they are told things. There has also recently been a large focus on short term profit which may create lasting damage, fortunately this seems to have been recognised and I've heard that things will be changing.
