      Pros

      Lots of learning opportunities. If you have high drive, nice place to work and start career.

      Cons

      Managers need some training with respect to soft skills. A lot of the managers I dealt with were missing the soft skills necessary to retain younger engineers Forget about moving up because it seems like they are set in their ways to pick their favourites.
