      Safety and workplace culture with most staff

      Cons

      More paperwork every year, and consistently low pay raises leading to a real pay cut against inflation. The last 5 years have seen a lower raise than inflation, and in the last 20 years we've seen 30-50% realworld paycut not including lost entitlements.
