      The people on the ground and in front line roles are some of the most amazing and capable people ever.

      Cons

      The business is operated by a tired and old fashioned team who are not interested in being progressive or engaging to the business. This team which has the power to make meaningful changes to better the business chooses not to. One year all bonuses were cancelled, Holcim posted record profits. Holcims work from home policy has moved from 3 days, 2 days, to one day a week, a systematic back step disadvantaging employees without discussion or engagement. You will be provided minimal resources and no training to complete most aspects of your role.
