Horrible office environment - forced to go in a minimum of three times a week to not be spoken to, have requests for advice ignored and the office facilities are generally run down and in a poor state. IT systems are woeful - using google mail and google apps make it very difficult and other systems are disjointed, under invested in and make life hard. Processes are very manual, generally not followed and again based on systems that are not fit for purpose. There is also a lot of admin for admin’s sake, very little proper financial management at a departmental level and too much of being penny wise and pound foolish. Also, as a neurodivergent person, there is little or no support or methods of inclusion.
