      Pros

      The management team under Tim Mahoney has greatly improved the outlook of the aerospace group. Honeywell has done a great effort at getting costs of projects under control.

      Cons

      I believe some of the cost-cutting and reduction of force or out-of-the-way. Sometimes the reduction of force guided the effectiveness of many departments.

      You can expect a regular pay check (normally) Management normally does not bother you as long as you follow their rules right or wrong.

      Cons

      Zero opportunity for advancement. Ideas and innovation are best applied elsewhere. Management lacks basic skills of leadership. Performance reviews are highly biased limiting opportunities.
