      Overall a good company to work for but no real opportunities for advancement or challenges avaliable

      Pros

      The integrity and talent of fellow engineers is outstanding. Pay is commensurate with other companies in the same business product line but is not necessarily distributed fairly.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the economy over the last several years, the company seems to be disintegrating. Products and engineering are moving to Mexicalli, India, China, etc. Raises are small, if any, and the 401K has been slashed. Where once, the Garrett name meant high quality and the best engineering, now it's "make the numbers". Hope this turns around.

      Pros

      Good company when you want to improve your-self. Also the trainig program is very well. The project I worked on were very good in main field.

      Cons

      You have to work very offten under time presure because of time schedule. Some times you have to stay in work during weekend too.
