      Pros

      Working for a global company provides great diversity. This provides a wonderful learning opportunity and exposure to other cultures. Job stability for non-manufacturing employees.

      Cons

      Due to being a global company, numerous conference calls are held outside normal work hours. A large percentage of employees have been here over 15-20 years and are unwilling to change. Many jobs are sent oversees, laying off US workers.

      Has multiple domains to choose from - from paper to aero; can learn a lot technically, especially in years of one's career.

      Cons

      the salary can be better; the bangalore office works like a cost center where everybody is after "chargeability" and less on what comes out of the hours put in.
