Pros

Well respected company with talented engineers and highly structured environment. Good benefits and chance to work on interesting major airline vehicle design.

Cons

As with any larger company, there is a lot of red tape required to get through for even relatively small tasks. Mcuh of it amounts to wasted productivity.

Pros

There are a lot of different opportunities and areas to grow. Overall leadership wants to do the right thing and see the business grow.

Cons

It's a corporation in a global world. When you answer to shareholders, the world is different than when its a private company.
