      Overall Honeywell was/is a good step in my career.

      Pros

      Honeywell offers reasonable compensation and benefits and yet providing a good work/life balance. Honeywell also offers a wide variety of career opportunities given the nature of being a highly diverse organization.

      Cons

      It seems my biggest challenges on a day to day basis revolve around internal issues. Unfortunately many of these issues affect our customers and the way they perceive Honeywell.

      Pros

      There is great opportunity and exposure to advance quickly. Senior Management is very knowledgable and competent. Many changes grant opportunities for the aquisition of new skills.

      Cons

      Communication can be difficult at times. Salary could be a little more competitive. The working environment can be renovated or improved.

      Professional opportunties are available if one wants to relocate; good IT systems; competent employees who embrace changes; and provides a global perspecitve.

      Cons

      Limited resources to get work done that leads to over worked employees, long work hours, limited opportunities in CA, the company always looks for out sourcing opportunities to low cost regions (India, Asia, Mexico).
