      Cons

      Leadership is lacking, confused, and ill-informed on the year-to-year plan. Change is more than constant... It's insane, lacks direction, and common sense. Culture is a black hole, and the people are zombies, marching to a hum-drum rhythm that beats below the surface. Basically, it's a cesspool of a bunch of workers running around chasing an uncatchable goal. I spent almost 4 months with little direction and just cashing checks with little inspiration and even less ability to make an impact due to a lack of leadership.
