Pros
It's a great company to develop your career since it give you the opportunity to take responsibilities, and eventually you will have the opportunity of being promoted fast (1 year). The salaries are good comparing with the competitors.
Cons
The training does not exists. even if it's for work handover or new assignments. Everything you need to know, you have to learn it by yourself, there is no such a thing like shadowing or workshops, If you are not chinese, It will be very hard to get a high level possition. In your first years you will be hired by an outsourcing company, so you won't have good benefits untill you become huawei staff.
