      I have to add in a pro... they are next to the tennis court...

      There is a headcount reduction plan in play. Managers have been told to grade 40% of all staff a C with the view to start the capability process to get rid of at least 20% of local hires (yes, the European ones). By doing it this way they don't have to justify it and if you have less than 2 years service employees have no redress. UNLESS YOU CLAIM DISCRIMINATION UNDER RACE, SEX OR AGE ROUNDS - THEN THEY WILL SETTLE!!!!

      The CEO is very good and professional.

      Cons

      In the team I worked for, the manager has a habit of verbally harassing team members when he is angry, in the name of pushing boundaries to achieve the targets(with female staff as well). Although the HR agreed that verballing harassing, threatening, and pushing around for work is not professional and usually not an acceptable practice, I feel as an organization it is sad that they are unable to control such behaviour and ensure professionalism in the work environment and make sure that the work environment is conducive to work.
