      Pros

      1. Projects in Huawei are good. Good technology stack.

      Cons

      1. No work life balance. You will always spend most of your time in office. 2. Management here is very poor. They expect you to slog 12 hrs daily. 3. No work from home or any such facility. 4. You have to maintain 9 hrs average in month. 5. You have to punch before 10 am and after 5 pm daily. 6. Chinese culture is bad. 7. Managers will always try to find ways for you such that you will stay late nights. 8. Only join if you have no options anywhere else and get out after 1 year. 9. Don't join if you are from tier-1 college, they don't deserve you.

      Toxic company culture, heavyhand micromanagement from China headquarter. No work life balance. No career outlook or development. Bad communication from management.

      - No transparency in decision making - Chinese managers / employes are always treated way better than Europeans and the rest - No career progression whatsoever - Time spent in the office counts, not results - Pressure to deliver on unrealistic and vague expectations - I could go on , list is too long
