This company is dying.... no direction, poor management, lots of toxic games

Descent pay but it is a tactic to trap naive fresh grads. If you like to play game, this is the place for you.
Cons
Not a place for people looking to grow their career in an innovative culture. Favorites within management, toxic workplace. The staff are not working, they are very free, they gossip in office at all time and make plan how to target a new/old junior to take blame and make them overload, all the staff care is how to take all the credits. If you are not a member of the crowd, you will get bully. They also hired new engineer under a staff who is not clear how the system works and not giving training to the fresh grad engineer. The environment is very china military style, no transparency, no discussion, only top to bottom follow ordering and always having never-ending restructuring, they will simply replace you to a position without discussion not based on your experience or skills but the headcount, they are ruin the employee's career, that's why this cloud department was like a station, many new/old people in and out, weak technical backend support and no training, women and minorities blatantly harassed and demeaned. the staff are liars, love to make empty promise to junior, once the junior hit it, they take away all the credits . Incompetent and unprofessional HR team, no credibility at all. Local line manager are incompetent and unsupportive, regardless of their nation.
