      good technology, very interesting portfolio. Good positioned in the Telco industry.

      Bad treatment of employees not aligned with local ethical behavior not following local laws build 2 class communities (Chinese over locals)

      Nothing.......aucun.nada...demotivation.depression.loose skills and respect of the customers.

      All.ambiane medieval and military methods.no trust to local employees.discrimination to local employees as all promotions ,bonus, go to the chinese people and expatriate.no initiative no autonomy no responsibilities allowed.everything controled from HQ in china.......no respect to local people.
