      Pros

      A well known blue chip organisation with global presence. Well paid roles on entry but most promises made in the recruitment 'sell' about the organisation are lies.

      Cons

      The company lacks innovation and is run by a Chinese expat community so offers limited career growth for the local staff. Bad behaviour is excused by 'culture' but in reality the ethos of the company is to localise. Sadly the expat management have no appetite for change and all work towards their own career agenda and not that of the company. The negative reviews on glassdoor are sadly a reality and these problems are epidemic globally.

      Very fast growing company Great projects to be part of Very good salary (only reason i'm still here)

      Cons

      * Very poor Management (literally the worst I have seen in my 14 years of experience) * No proactive attitude; if they know something will lead to a problem, they will wait for the problem before avoiding it from the start and fixing it! * No autonomus work and decision taking (that only for HQ in China to be done) * 1 chance out of 1000 to be obtain a high position - only possible if you are Chinese * Illogical performance review process (quotas of A,B and C), so even if you do very well and all the A have been already given, you ll get a B !!
