      Pros

      Best pay/reward scale in any company. There bonuses for permanent staff are frequent and generous. The company is doing really well and they push their staff to perform. The people are friendly and hard working.

      Cons

      Headquarters is China and even the most basic decision has to come from the top. They are totally controlling, distrustful and disempowering of local staff. The processes are overbearing and in many cases crippling. They rotate their leadership frequently (which are only Chinese) and the result is that local countries never get a person who understands the local culture and employment laws.
