Pros

- Excellent health insurance - Ethical, values-based leadership, even during a painful bout of layoffs - Rewarding work - Incredible co-workers

Cons

- The usual shenanigans that come with an international non-profit: shady board members, employee burnout, financial mismanagement, contract term positions that are frequently renewed until they suddenly aren’t. -Past CEO and leadership left a financial mess to clean up

Pros

The defense of human rights is a laudable goal.

Cons

Coworkers are very condescending and unnecessarily rude. If you like to work in an environment that cuts you down at every turn, then this is the place for you.
