Pros

They treat their interns extremely well, setting up a speaker series, buying interns food, etc. I didn't realize how benevolent they were being until I started interning at another place this summer. It was an interesting learning experience, especially being at an organization such as HRW which takes such strong stands.

Cons

Sometimes the work can get a bit repetitive, but that's really a minor complaint. I would certainly want to work here after college!
