Pros

After 14 years at HRW, I can't think of a better place to be!!! Great people, highly efficient organization, get's so much done while being spread thin.

Cons

Not all jobs at HRW have an upward trajectory. If there's no way to advance in your role, but you're really good, the organization will try to keep you by offering other internal opportunities.
