The team are mostly nice people

Cons

A lot of extra hours. No change in your salary so it is not a good place to stay for a long time. Having impact or any effort to make thing right is extremely difficult. Not a good place if you start in a junior position.

Given the deadline driven industry we work in, there are times when overtime is asked of employees. In terms of a lack of salary increases, we have an open merit increase period every year and mid and year-end performance reviews where you can be vocal about what you want to see come out of your time at IBI.

Pros

You grt to lose your health and die young. Average work 16hrs a day and you get penalized for billing it on overtime. When they dont even pay you like they say.

Cons

Worst work things you can think of in an architrctural office. package deal.

There are times where overtime is asked of employees, and overtime is paid out to eligible employees in accordance with the Employment Standards Act of Ontario.
