      With the company being owned and operated out of Toronto, Canada, our office has received a couple additional holidays.

      Cons

      The company is detached from the local offices and their involvement in our day to day activities is minimal...which is good, but it would be nice to have a little more direction from the companies leaders. Our office prior to the acquisition had a pretty clear path for receiving raises and to some extent promotions. Since the merger, this has all but disappeared. We are also working diligently to get our foot in the door for new project types without much visible help from the IBI Group

      Great opportunity to learn a ton and gain experience in all aspects of the engineering world.

      Cons

      Sink or swim approach. No guidance. No mentor-ship. Learn for yourself type of environment. poor compensation.
