Pros

I have had a fantastic experience at IBI so far. The people are friendly and very helpful. I work remotely in a corporate support capacity servicing western Canada and have been very impressed with the company's effectiveness in the use of MS Teams to stay connected, get quick info and even bond with team members. Glad to be a part of IBI Group.

Cons

For those who work in the office or hybrid model, parking options can be expensive.

Pros

Great global company with plenty of opportunities to work with different teams across the world. Diverse company.

Cons

Bad attitude and unprofessional behavior from some staff regardless of their level. Expect to be spoken to badly a few times and these incidents are not treated with the gravity that they deserve.
