Pros

Large multi-national firm with, multiple disciplines makes for a great opportunity to make connections, plus they are well known within Ontario.

Cons

It is a large firm so there does seem to be a lot of movement in staff and people generally. There are also silos within the company and they are not as integrated as one would hope.

In terms of having more communication with teammates, Microsoft Teams is a great place to start to strike up conversation where you can send a quick message or even book some time over lunch with some teammates to catch up! We are hoping for a safe return to office where everyone can be together again.
