Flexible Schedule with not so great benefits

Flexible work schedule, the work model is majority work from home PTO is average Overtime available

Cons

Subpar benefits, expensive healthcare, very low 401k match, no parental leave, bereavement leave policy is inadequate especially for close family members. Very little direction about career development and advancement opportunities. Raises at or below inflation at best. PTO is accrued monthly and have to get special permission to use it early
