Good company "on paper". but doesn't look so good in real situation
Pros
world class level frameworks to learn, opportunities to work for big companies in the country, solid "entry to middle" level employees
Cons
you oftenly work overtime without extra pay and even you oftenly don't get the full day clocking hours (even when you work overtime), which will affect your utilization rate as a consultant (note: utilziation rate is one of the main important KPIs) . i oftenly work overtime and even on weekend and i can only clock 2 mandays per week. IBM has a design oriented service line called ix, but outside ix, the leaders don't appreciate designers works , maybe because they are technical oriented leaders. not reccomended for designers. Some project managers can't really handle the client's expectations well, resulting in work overloads for the employees and messy project timeline.
