No onsite opportuniteis Very unique rules..Once you get stamped for L1 or H1 or B1 you need to stay in the project for 6 months which sponsored you for visa from the date of stamping thereby you are losing onsite opportunities from other projects. Some banking projects follow just erratic work timings and are always in dark red status
