It is not what it used to be, upper management is a mess, company turned into a big speculation business. Not an IT company but a sales company. You might think you'll get to work with new shiny tools based on the companies IBM's been buying in the last couple of years but nope, your work is to promote IBMs own tools with your work, except you need to go through processes to make it available to your team and they don't work lol (yeah I'm talking about Watson orchestrate). On another side waiting on promotion for the last year and a half and basically will never receive one. The layoffs been a tradition for the las couple of years, yet they're changing the dynamic next year to make it look like low performance lay offs, possibly impacting your serverance package. Basically run while you can. You'll still see people that have been around for 7+ years, yeah they had it way better than if you joined 3 years ago from now, don't even bother coming in here
