Pros
Company culture supports flexible work time and cares about work-life balance of the employees, at least that is what I saw and experienced so far. Of course there are always exceptions (different departments / teams), lot depends on the nature of people working together. Within the organization there are channels not related to your country / department / team where you can address your concerns without fearing any counter action. Definitely you find help sooner or later for anything you are facing within IBM regardless on the nature of the matter.
Cons
Unfortunately IBM is mid positioned from the perspective of salaries. Sometimes the company gives kind of kitchen money to employees from which you can cover a bigger shopping, definitely not a bonus (Sales dept. is different, there are commissions as everywhere else). There are no 13th or 14th salaries. The company likes calling itself as constantly changing environemnt and this is true for lower payed positions as well where the fluctuation is quite big. Company is not able to keep good workers to stay as it has nothing more to offer than the monthly salary. Very little benefits.
