Good place, but stuck in their ways
Pros
Great benefits, great flexibility, and if you like what you do, it is a great place where you will work with very talented people. They truly drive you to get better and learn new skills.
Cons
Most people in managerial positions have worked there for years, and often that is the only place they have worked in. This leads to so much bias when in the management teams. There is a lot of politics in getting promoted, and when the operations want to propose change, they are turned down. One of the worst things in marketing is that the US dictates everything under the "global" framework. They don't care enough about the other countries to actually listen to them when creating strategies or communication in general. They pretend they do but don't back that up with actions.
