Pros

Informal work environment with light spaces.

Cons

Horrible leadership, all the decisions are very slow and complicated. The management tend to mislead their employees in order to avoid difficult topics or keep people within the company.

Pros

Friendly multi-cultural environment, good place to start your career.

Cons

Although company is present in 175 countries, absolutely no chance of an assignment outside Hungary - if you are an SSC employee at least. Management can make very bad decisions and wrong people get into leadership positions.

Pros

I work from home 100% and do a little bit of travel which is nice. My coworkers are amazing and I've encountered nothing but brilliant, hard working people from around the globe with this company. It's a constant learning experience.

Cons

It can be a struggle to get things done quickly since all teams are spread across the globe. I spend a ton of time on the phone and sifting through mountains of emails.
