Pros

Used to be better and with more opportunities in the past.Managers are accessible, not much hierarchy.

Cons

There is not recognition on any of your skills prior Ikea. Job is much more than what was advertised, not properly training. Full of unprepared and not knowledgeable people in management roles with lack of basic knowledge and experience. How someone who used to be a graphic designer becomes an Operations Manager from one day to another without knowing even what a companies’ P&L works , when you see qualified accountants with years of experience who applied for the same position been neglected for the same role. Interesting to see these same neglected people after having to train the new manager. Just succeeds who screams loud here, forget if you are a capable professional that does your job properly, this place is not for you.You have to play the game very well and succeed by using people as ladder, but of course, do not forget to tell nice tales and clap your hands in the event, in this way you get there!
