Pros

You can work here even if you can't get a job anywhere else. IKEA US work environment is so toxic they have huge turnover, even for retail, so they'll pretty much hire anyone with a pulse.

Cons

Classic "do as we say, not as we do" crisis management culture.

Pros

The “culture” was good, it was very relaxed.

Cons

The accounting department was ridiculous. Upper management micro managed you from your coffee break to work.
