Pros

- Christmas present - Good holiday allowance for retail - Free parking - Health care

Cons

- Talks about values doesn't live them - No clear direction - HR in stores not discreet and always sharing what's happening (Sheffield and Leeds are the worse for this from what I heard) - Doesn't understand what customer wants - Too many departments believe they know best ensuring that the who team is then pulling in different directions

Pros

GREAT benefits. Good work life balance.

Cons

If you're a designer this role is not very satifying. If you like decorating is great. I felt my skills were not being utilized and i ultimatily left because I felt I was more dynamic and got a much better suited job elsewhere. Pay is only ok.

Pros

The people I worked with on the floor were great. My direct managers were invested in my education and development in the company.

Cons

After the company began reorganizing the culture really began to degrade. Many of the people who were promoted were wildly unqualified and ill suited to their new roles. Many of the people who were demoted were the long-time coworkers that had the institutional knowledge that made the place run.
