Pros

Some of the people there are absolutely amazing. The benefits are good but expensive (35 to 40% taken out of each check). The merchandise and food discounts are good. If you work in the right department, they will look out for you.

Cons

I did not have a good experience being trained. The lady who was supposed to train me let me know she didn't like to train. She even e-mailed management to ask to not train me.

Workers make the best of a bad situation

Cons

Poor management based on time in service rather than merit; constant cutting and shifting of hours; customers unhappy and take it out on workers
