Pros

Benefits for now but they will change soon. Uniforms provided, lunch is 3 but tastes horrible. Bi-weekly pay and PTO when they approve it.

Cons

Restructuring of the company was a bad idea. Lost great managers in the process. Company has turned into the typical greedy American company. Mark my word more cuts will come A Union needs to be formed to protect co workers. Do more with less. The worst customer centric company. Even less consideration for associates. Field office associates clue less to what actually happens in the stores. Turn over is sure to triple or more soon.
