Pros

flexibility in scheduling, subsidized meals, working with many different age groups, even though you must wear company-provided shirt (which makes selecting clothes for work a no-brainer), company allows coworkers with visible tattoos, big holes in their ears, and pink hair to work there, which is cool.

Cons

pay, pay, pay. the hourly pay is very low. sadly, with the economy in its current state, the company gets away with paying good employees very badly.

Pros

The benefits and most of the cowokers. A laid back atmosphere for the most part. The discount helps too! There is coworker meals with discounts too.

Cons

Low pay! You work your behind off, get a good review...and you get a 50cent raise. Pretty hard to stay motivated after that. They support growth and developement but when it is time to switch to another role...again they dont want to pay you for what you are worth!
