Pros

Great colleagues, total benefits package, global company, trainings, diversity

Cons

Leaders are not living up to the company values, retaliation and management by fear with some managers, they say one thing but do totally the opposite... No diversity in management positions... leaders have questionable ethics and values

Pros

Living wage employer, decent benefits. In theory the company has a good set of values.

Cons

Poor work life balance, lack of investment in stores means not enough co-workers to meet the customer in a good way. Constant need to cut costs. Huge service office structure now. Some really good people have left the business and replaced by busy fools who haven't a clue what they are doing.
