Pros

The health, vision, dental and health savings are amazing. They are very affordable and have a low deductible. There is room to move up in the company if you Persue it and push for it. Great discount on everything

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism in the store I worked at, you have to be friends with the right people or you don’t get to continue to push to move up. It seems that upper management was more interested in helping their “friends” move up. The work environment can become very negative quickly. Some employees have been there for a very long time and will not accept change without a fight which makes management’s job more difficult.

Pros

You can wear shorts and sneakers, not have to shave.

Cons

Full time is more like part time work and part time is like seasonal so one has to eventually look for other work just to eat.
