Losing its focus on co-workers

Pros

-Competitive pay compared to other retailers -Great benefits (paid time off, sick time, etc)

Cons

-Management/co-worker turnover rate is high, 5 departments are currently without management or one manager covering too many areas -Recent restructuring of company=less focus on IKEA's co-workers, mainly work/life balance, but will lead to better customer perception

Pros

Living wage, pension top up, yearly bonus (sales based) i benefits, staff discount in store (15%) tertials, Xmas gift from ikea, family events, team building events, approachable management and staff

Pros

Some really lovely people, lovely store manager, some room for progression, cheap food, fairly generous discount

Cons

Under appreciated, overworked, constant references to 'Ikea values' but only seems to apply to entry level coworkers not management, poor management, poor understanding of mental health, the list could go on
