Pros

If you're good at talking and licking someone else's shoes this is a good job for you.

Cons

Well too many to write. -worst higher management ever - your line manager never really care about your development plan - they HR idea says "to give everyone the most straight forward grow possible". This all not true. Very often hard working and committed co-workers did not get notice just simply because they're not good at sweet talking the menager I'm glad I'm gonna be leaving this company very soon!

Pros

Working to develop your team to the next level in their career. Working in teams and partners to come up with goals and achieve those goals. Endless opportunities to grow and learn in the company.

Cons

Onboarding routine is not in place, which can leave you lost. Other shopkeepers working on different levels, making the onboarding confusing and the true direction of a shopkeeper unclear.
