Pros

Most of the people were great to work with. Benefits for those people that got them seemed very good. Pay started off at an okay rate.

Cons

There was a "hierarchy" of the departments and food service was of course at the bottom. The managers in the food service department didn't appear to care at all about their workers, they only cared about how quickly you could serve the customers, even though it was the customers taking too long to decide their food. Working part time, the managers would schedule you JUST under full time hours, so they get the work of full time without having to give workers the benefits.

Pros

Competitive pay, awesome benefits (PTO, tuition reimbursement, staff cafeteria), employee discount, and medical insurance for part timers.

Cons

Management is more than willing to sacrifice employee happiness and productivity for the bottom line. Under staffing is a major issue and certain areas of the store have an incredibly high turnover rate. Opportunities for advancement are often stifled by hiring an external candidate over an internal candidate.
