Hi there. Thank you for leaving us this review and we’re really sorry to read about your experience #insideindeed. We do not want any employee to feel devalued here, and the views and voices of all employees matter to us. Managers are held accountable to their leadership roles and we’re monitoring this through our employee engagement and manager feedback surveys. This provides us with insights on the employee experience, and we take it very seriously. As a business, we will continue to grow throughout 2022, and we acknowledge that with this will come growing pains. Rest assured, we are doing all we can to ensure processes and procedures are updated at the necessary pace. Our open PTO (Paid Time Off) is intended to be used by everyone and we encourage employees to take off as much time on holiday as they need, as long as they are hitting their targets and have manager approval.
