In regards to the compensation, TA SLT recently worked closely with our partners in Compensation on a full market analysis for our Recruiting and Sourcing roles in the U.S., and in direct response to the data, we have adjusted the salary bands for U.S. recruiting and sourcing job profiles, effective June 1.
